Oscar Glaser purchased first of 5 seperate portions of land in 1950. portion x 50 acres

188 and 187 were first and developed for farming in 1952.

By the time he bought portion B in 1954? he was referring to his exisitng land as "Amaroo" ....check date and subsequent development

.when Amaroo Park Pty Ltd was incorporated in 1956 he owned x yz totalling

by 1958 he owned x y z all five totalling 250 acres

In 1969 Oscar leased 180 acres being portions xy z to the ARDC which they subsequently purchased in 1974. These are the portions on which all the operational race tracks were located
